Greetings & Welcome!

This site offers you the opportunity to learn and get more acquainted with me and the work I do here in beautiful Page Arizona.  I work from Dimensions Salon and Spa located at 647 Elm St. A beautiful space, well appointed.

I am trained in 17 styles of bodywork.  When we work together our session could be truly different each time.  Your session is completely tailored for you, your energy level and your specific goals for the day.  Your session could be a seamless blending inspired from the palette of bodywork I perform, or stay true to any one body style of your choice.  Not everyone desires a deep tissue service each time they come, nor does the treatment I have done for someone else work best for you.   I look forward to discussing your needs, desires and requirements.

I believe bodywork should be a bit like diving.  Our bodies being 75-80% water, it makes sense to work within that harmony.  I feel that when you honor the body with the marriage of breath, respect, extreme caring and skill the lasting results speak for themselves on all levels.  Close your eyes and see an Olympic diver on a platform, their intent is to enter the water with as little splash as possible, yet it is so spectacular!
